Selected Works
This site presents a selection of photographic works exploring presence, vulnerability, and quiet tension.
Each image is intended to be experienced slowly, without instruction.
My work explores presence—what remains when narrative is stripped away.
I am drawn to spaces and forms that exist in quiet tension: landscapes shaped by time, structures bearing weight, bodies reduced to contour, gestures that suggest rather than declare. These images are not meant to resolve. They are invitations to linger in ambiguity, to notice the subtle relationship between strength and vulnerability, permanence and erosion.
Human presence appears both directly and indirectly throughout the work—sometimes visible, sometimes implied through absence, trace, or passage. Footprints, waterlines, architecture, and the body itself function as markers of being: evidence that something lived here, moved here, endured here.
I work primarily in black and white to remove distraction and emphasize form, light, and texture. This reduction allows the images to exist outside of time, resisting specificity in favor of universality. Each photograph is composed with restraint, allowing space for reflection rather than instruction.
These works are intended to be experienced slowly. Meaning is not imposed but discovered—through stillness, repetition, and attention.
